Allen’s Dad was very much at home with us and enjoyed the beautiful back yard from the screened porch.You definitely put some long hard hours into our situation in buying and selling this house. Mr. Baker passed peacefully at nearby SeaCoast Hospital last year. We again asked you to sell the house for us. As all our friends in North Myrtle Beach know, Jim is one of our dearest friends and we consider him and Kim family. However we recently decided to start looking for a condo. With our son off at college now we just did not need to stay in a house with just the two of us. We talked with Jim while at our usual hang outs about our dream location. The next day I started getting emails from him about options in our price range. Less than a week later, our dream condo came on the market on the Intercoastal Waterway. By 3pm that same Saturday afternoon, the offer had been accepted and a contract signed. All on a property that had only been on the market for 48 hours.
