As a vacationer in the Myrtle Beach area for over 10 years, I have now become a permanent resident of this beautiful beach community. Residing with my wife Kim in the North Myrtle Beach area and we couldn't be happier.

Walking the shore, enjoying the sounds of local musicians, and exploring the amazing options in dining. It's all here!

I am a go-giver and will do my very best to provide you with an enjoyable experience in buying or selling your home at the beach. I will partner with you, working hard on your behalf to find you the best home and deal possible.

In my pre-beach life, I implemented technology for the Federal Government in the Washington DC area, and served as a builder/manager of Shorten Homes in North Eastern Pennsylvania. Having this diversified background gives me specialized experience in home design and construction, as well as customer service.

Whether buying or selling, on the ocean, waterway or inland, together, we'll make your dream a reality.
